EOS is launching its own network. On June 2nd, they will join Tron in leaving the ERC20 platform to embrace a new technological realm by launching their own MainNet. The price for EOS has doubled since April and it is now positioned at 5th in the value ranking of all cryptocurrencies. As part of the transition process, any existing token holder must register on the EOS platform before June 1st to avoid having token frozen on the Ethereum network. Users must also make sure that the exchange where their EOS tokens are stored, supports the migration to the EOS MainNet to avoid losing them. The token is a Hong Kong based project designed to enable developers to create DApps and deliver never-before-seen transactional speeds of between 3,000 and 6,000 TPS. This would make it one of the fastest blockchains by transaction speed.
