ETH Zurich, working in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects Computation and Design Group (ZHCODE) and Architecture Extrapolated (R-Ex) have designed KnitCandela, a thin, sinuous concrete shell built on ultralightweight knitted formwork that was carried to Mexico from Switzerland in a suitcase.
