Biography
Dr. Jenna Dale is an optometrist at Precision Eye Group. After graduating from IUSO, she pursued a residency in pediatrics and vision therapy at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, the following year. Dr. Dale earned the distinction of Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) in 2013. She received her board certification in vision development, vision therapy, and vision rehabilitation by the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (FCOVD) in 2015.
In addition to providing full scope primary eyecare, Dr. Dale specializes in the diagnosis and management of binocular vision disorders, eye-focusing and eye-tracking disorders, post-concussion vision problems, amblyopia, and strabismus, in both children and adults. She has published several articles in Optometry and Visual Performance and is passionate about pediatric eye care to ensure that vision problems do not affect a child’s ability to learn in the classroom setting. She has dedicated her time to mission work in Tela, Honduras, and Guanajuato, Mexico, as well as lobbied for the profession of optometry in Washington, DC.
She is actively involved in the Women’s Auxiliary of the Bloomington Boys and Girls Club and volunteers with the 500 Festival Organization and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. In her free time, Dr. Dale enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Macey, and their children, Addison and Parker.
